I had fasciitis several years ago and was injected with cortisone and it resolved, at least I thought it did. Now after working all day I have pain on the outside edge of my Rt. heel. The same foot the fasciitis was in, however standing flat does not hurt, it is when I lay my heel on the outside or just push on it with my hand. Is this the same thing??

It sounds a little different. . . Do you have heel pain in the morning as you get out of bed? That seems to be the test of PF. You'll want to see a Dr. for a diagnosis, but until then don't walk around barefoot or in shoes without support.
