Hi Sue and all --

I am having my nerve study next Monday, so I'll let you know. I don't really think it's TTS, but I'm hoping it is so I get some new treatment options. I was back at the orthopedic guy today on another issue (I have arthritis developing in my hand  I'm not old enough for arthritis! Don't you have to be like 70 or something . . . .) He doubts that it's TTS too, but we'll see what the podiatrist and the nerve study say . . .

By the way . . .I'm back in the boot and loving it! I put on my Lidoderm patches to provide some extra cushiness and I can walk all day and not have heel pain, I sleep in it and walk out of bed in the morning and my knee doesn't seem too aggravated by it. I am going online to look for one of your night splints Sue since the boot is kinda bulky, but my dogs don't seem to mind!

pforwhat wrote:Hi, Gina. I have only been using them for a week now, but definitely feel the difference! My left arch is no longer tender to the touch and the pain at night is very minimal. I have been wearing the YogaToes for 15-30 minutes at night before going to bed, and in the morning I have no pain at all now. That took maybe four days. I also still use a heating pad on that leg when sleeping. Muscle tightness I think is the cause of my problem, and the YogaToes stretch my feet in a way I am unable to do myself. The difference in the appearance of my feet is so slight I doubt a picture would show it. One toe is more curled than the other on the opposite side. I never would have even noticed it except for you mentioning your differences! Thanks again for sharing. You really helped me out! (I did get the small size in pink.) :)

hi pforwhat,

are you still reading this board? (please pm me.)
