Plantar Fasciitis not getting better with orthodics

Postby Oxsgrl on Thu Mar 12, 2009 6:35 pm

I know I am asking for a miracle but I was just diagnosed with this and collapsed arches due to working on my feet constantly. It is to the point where I cannot raise my right foot up and just got full foot orthodics made for my feet. They are not helping, if anything, I feel like I am still walking on the insides of my feet and the pain in my right heel is getting to be unbearable. Please help. I work retail, have been on my feet like this before but also in the last 2 years been dealing with right side numbness in my body due to an MS attack. Any suggestions? I cannot afford to and there is no other jobs available right now where I live.

Thanks

Oxsgrl,

Hon, miracles can happen. Tell me about this foot. Have you ever had a really bad rollover sprain on that foot? Ever been in a "walking boot"? Do you stand on concrete for long stretches of time? What kind of shoes are you wearing? Orthotics can help, but it takes time to find and fit the right ones.

I've been doing medical massage for 24 years now, and you don't have to suffer with this. I've had it, I KNOW how much it hurts, but I got rid of it, and you can too. I've put together a FREE self-help guide. Just go to my website, http://www.kaywarren.org, read up on it as much as you like, but fill out the contact us page, and in "remarks", let me know you that you want me to send you "Healing Plantar Fasciitis w/o Surgery". I PROMISE, I WILL NEVER GIVE, RENT, SHARE OR SELL YOUR E-MAIL OR OTHER INFORMATION TO ANYONE FOR ANY REASON. I promise, I will not start sending you e-mails to sell you stuff, or send you chain letters or joke lists. (I really hate spam!)

When I see someone in office, you can definitely tell the difference in how your feet feel as soon as you stand up from your first session. The pain is significantly reduced, even with just 30 minutes of treatment per affected foot. You know how much it hurts if you've been sitting for 15 minutes, and then stand up right? It's not uncommon to have a 1st treatment reduction of 20-40% in that "standing back up" pain. Along with that is often a reduction of 30-50% of the pain you feel the next morning when you first stand up as you get out of bed. Doing it yourself, you probably won't have as marked an increase, but I'd expect 10-25%. If you don't get that, you probably didn't quite get in the right places. You might have trouble with my directions, in which case, please let me know so I can make improvements. It's been a very long time since I didn't know how to do this, and sometimes it's hard to translate what I do automatically into words.

Please go to my website, and let me help you. There is just no point in suffering if you don't have to.
