I have had PF once before, and after doing a few exercises, it went away.
I am not so fortunate this time around. : ( I am into this about by about six months,
or maybe more this time, and it simply is not going away. Nor is it getting better.
I ordered some implements for my shoes, and a foot support for night use, but it makes my
toes go to sleep, so it is not effective for me.
After reading this thread, I decided to order the Yoga Toes and I will be happy to let you know
whether they work for me. At least if they do not, I have a money back guarantee!
For Grandma whose grandson is home with PF, he probably did injure himself. Maybe he can try the
Yoga Toes too!
