Chronic foot pain because of ???
Since centuries I am with pain when I am standing a longer time.Since the past 10 years I had pain every day after I took my shoes off after work and bad pain.It was like a relieve taking of my shoes and my feet felt like its growing fast.
After sitting for a while 5min 10min or what ever I stood up and now the pain was nearly unbearable and had to sit down again.Since about 3-4 years my pain never goes away anymore.After a work with my wife through a park my pain started growing higher and higher and the pain got quiet extreme.By the time we got back to the train I hardly could stand any more and the pain got quiet high and unbearable.The train came and an hour later I got up and wanted to leave the train and after just one step I nearly screamed for pain.I was screaming inside for pain and was actually totally unable to stand on my feet anymore.Since that day my pain never left me anymore.Now I only can make short work's to the store and back home.Longer works are impossible unless I want the same pain again like the day with the train but some days I am longer on my feet then on others and every time the same routine.Pain getting worse,walking gets more and more painful and after sitting for while,my pain is so high I could scream again.The pain is spread all over the foot underneath from plantar fascia to the plantar fasciitis and up behind the foot toward the leg.I am not all familiar with all this Latin names Doctors use.
Inlay soles didn't help, cushioned gel soles don't help, heat therapy don't help, cold made my foot instantly itchy and swell like hell, (don't know why).Now I know all the options but it seams like no Dr. Has any interest in helping or don't know how to.
I am in Germany now and I feel all orthoepic Doc's are all idiots here.Some don't even want see my feet or check,others don't even want to see my x-ray or my MRT,others want to see my feet and don't touch any part of it (I have clean feet)
It was my Idea to go to MRT no Doc send me there ever.It was my idea to go for a ultrasound.No Doc even talked about it.All they want to do here is give me new inlay soles.(they don't help).
Nobody checked me for arthritis yet and finally a couples of doc's told me (without even doing anything) "I CANT HELP YOU" "What a country"
Now I am looking for a more specialized Doc from USA or other more smart and more helpful Doc with a more friendly attitude not like this rood German doctors.
Any answer will be great this long as its usable and help.After years of pain and without any medication against pain I am very very tired to live this way.I want finally my live back.
