toe stretchers

Since I am a long term sufferer of PF, I have found something that is helping a little,
toe stretchers, I wear them for about 15 minutes at a time. At night after work and then in the morning before I get ready for work. I can feel the stretch exactly on the "sore" spot. Like I say this is the only thing I have tried that I can feel the difference.
