Hello, I have a sharp ache on the bottom side of my right foot, It kinda sounds like plantar faciitis but the it doesn't, It aches all the time. I do have insoles in my shoes. I get new ones every few months. I'm on my feet all day on concrete.

I would see a good orthopedic surgeon ASAP. If it is the start of plantar faciitis, they can start treating it and prevent it from going further.
